The password you were given is known by whoever gave it to you. Set your own before continuing: without it you cannot sign.
Pick the leg you just flew.
Offer one of your flights. Ops authorizes it, then crew in your position who are free can see it. Whoever wants it gives you one of their flights in return; Ops approves the swap and it lands on both rosters.
Upload a photo of your medical certificate and your license with its expiry date. The system reminds you when they expire so you renew in time.
Ask for a day off, flag that you cannot fly, or propose a swap. The crew team reviews it and replies right here.
